Good day xuxa .actually I don't know how to apply k2 visa seperate because what my fiance did was he included my 6yr old daughter's name on our I-129F petition.base on what I understand if u want to bring ur child with u on the day of ur flight or even to follow u within the year u must atleast include his/her name on I-129f form so that he will just pay one filling fee for USCIS.but when it comes to national visa even ur child is minor u must still pay $265 each on bpi bank.whether he/she will fly with u or will just follow within the year from the day u recieved ur visa.that's all I know.this process is much practical and convenient because while u process ur own visa u also process ur child although the child's process is way easier than the main beneficiary .did ur fiance atleast put ur child's name when u two fill up the form? Theres a question on the form If the beneficiary has child did u put ur child's name there If yes they automatically assumed u want to include ur child on petition regardless if the child will go with u right when u leAve nor just to follow only. If u want u can check the site www.USCIS.gov maybe u can find more concrete answer to ur question. Hope you get positive feedbacks

If you want him to come with you now then yes he needs his own medical you can do that the same time as you. He also need his own DS-160 so that means his own visa fee and yes he'll need to attend the interview with you.

Your fiance did not list your child on the I-129F? It states to do so in Part 2, Section 16a . Hopefully he did this, then the K-1 & K-2 are both ready for visa application. If he did not, then an I-130 petition will have to be filed, more fees (that could have been avoided), more time waiting (upwards of a year).

Ah.. .good to read this. You can then do your child's visa at the same time as yours. You must complete everything the same as you are doing; visa fee, medical, scheduling interview (you do this when you schedule your own interview)

Follow the flashing arrow below for complete details, follow the embassy instructions letter for requirements (link to this in my link below)

Yes he can travel with you to USA. Though i have not submitted any requirements for him like NSO birth certificates in the USCIS. Will we need to pay separate visa? Yes, he will have separate fees. He is also required to have his own documents, same as you. So make sure he has BC, NBI, PASSPORT and he'll need to be registered at CFO (there is no requirement for him to attend any CFO seminar because of his age) and also attend his medical when you have yours. Once approved does he will undergo interview and medical exam with me in Manila ?Yes pls clarify this things to me..thank you

If it will help you, I have a website with many of the details for you and K-2 to help in what needs to be done to process through the Philippines. It's free to use. The link is below at the red twisting arrow. Return back here if you have any questions or you don't understand some of the steps. Many here are ready to help.
