Excuse me if this has already been asked and answered before but brain is fried and too tired to execute search-fu. Anyway...

My wife arrived on a K-1 over 6 years ago and we are finally looking at naturalization and after looking at the form I had a question. Which would require less paperwork: filing based on Marriage or based on 5 years residency?

Thanks in advanced

Dave

That is what I was thinking but wanted to be sure. Thanks for the response.
