Job Offer, H4 Processing

Hi all,

So I am currently in the U.S. waiting for the USCIS to process my H4 dependent visa (no EAD).

I was offered an engineering job, but the employer wants me to start working within one month. i.e. they can not wait to sponsor my H1b visa so that I can start working for them on October.

Is there any visa, I can apply for, or any way whatsoever that I could start working for them (legally of course)?
