That really sucks. Your fastest bet is to go the website route. That will give them all the information they want and the bigger the corporation the less time they have to do these types of information requests. Besides trying to track down someone to do it for you could take days. I work in HR and am responsible for doing our "information requests" but because it's so big I'm only allowed access to certain information that often doesn't include everything the request asks for. As a result I am required to send them to the website since company policy states that this is how we handle those requests.

Pay stubs???

We submitted no work letter but just 6 months of paystubs. Hubs works for the FAA.

I work for recruiters, so am not a "real" employee. Just a temp (for two bloody years). They not care about me. Took me days just to get them to give me an electronic version of it, but they refuse to mail me a hard copy. Since the email has letterhead, I printed it . All can do. I got pay stubs to back myself up, W2s, 2014 (poor) taxes which show how much I owe the government (because someone has to pay for their houses and cars while I struggle). The letter from them was an error, but I am glad I got something. I am sorry you had a hard time in such a place. Some employers just want you to make them money (to pay for their boats) and they not want to help back.
