Your wife will always be the sponsor and must fill out the I-864 and give reason why she has not filed for the last 3 years. Your sister-in-law if she meets the income guidelines for her household plus you would be your joint sponsor not your guarantor.

Your wife will fill out a I-864 completely and your sister in law fill also fill one out. It's not one form for each they each have to fill out their own and supply the documents (Tax returns, Transcripts, pay-stubs, letter of employment).

Please just have them follow the directions

Why aren't you listening to instruction. I will say this one more time they each will fill out the whole I-864. Your wife is your sponsor she will fill out a I-864 (all pages ) your sister in law is the joint sponsor she will fill out a I-864 all pages.

If a question doesn't apply they put NA or NONE.Good luck.

Thank you I just got it right now that means am printing out two different forms one for my wife and one for my in-law.
