Getting tax transcripts online not available on IRS website

I was thinking of checking if my wife's tax transcript for 2015 is available yet or not. I have retrieved her tax transcripts for prior years through IRS website. But now I dont see an option to get tax transcripts online. Are they not available online anymore? Is mail the only option available? Below is the link I am at:

I did both at different times (request online and request by mail when online was no longer an option) and can confirm that the documents they send are identical to the ones you used to be able to request online.

Yes, as K&K M stated above, only the mail option is available at this time. I believe this is because of recent fraudulent activities as it pertains to tax returns. I recently requested for my tax transcripts to send off to NVC, and that's when I found out I could only have them mailed. But it took about 5-7 days to get them so not that long.

You can also use copies of the actual tax returns if you have that.

Copy of your wife's 2015 tax returns is great for now since filing is not due until April 15 anyway. And I doubt if 2015 IRS transcripts are available yet unless they are filed early in January. So 2015 tax returns are great!

Hi there, we live in Australia and have just filed last 3 years of tax returns about a week ago using turbo tax and regular post. Seeing as transcripts are not going to be available for a while... Is it possible to just send the 1040 generated by turbo tax? All our other docs are ready...
