guys! what number do you call to speak to a Tier 2 officer? How would you contact them?

I called 1-800-375-5283

then you follow the pre-recorded message. (if my memory is good you select "2" to listen to you case status and talk to someone)

Once you have someone on the phone you ask to speak to a tier 2 officer (you'll then get a pre-recorded message confirming your phone number and they will call you back)

congrats...thats a kick in the right direction

Thank you! the officer said the approval letter hasn't been sent yet and my online status didn't change (but I read that happened to a lot of people apparently).

Call again. Every single one of them are trying to get rid of you. I called same day 3 times till they transferred me. One said I'm within normal processing times, another said there was a system reset or something like that and the third one did it.

Anyone who's NOA date is Feb 15 2016 or earlier is officially out of processing time.  The USCIS processing time VCS table was updated today.

Thanks for sharing this information! My NOA is Feb 18th 2016, however I went to my local office and got a stamp on my passport. Officer was very nice and explained that my case has not been viewed yet...very frustrating

The USCIS web site was updated to say the 10 year green card was requested yesterday.  We just got approved on 2/28/17 so I figured it would be at least 30 days before card was ordered.

My approval was dated 2/28/17 as well, but I haven't heard anything yet and the website hasn't been updated yet.

Actually my wife received a text message from USCIS this morning about the card.  She then checked our email and there was an email from USCIS about the card.  Then went to the web site and it showed card was requested yesterday.

I already did when they had the SNAFU with posting July dates last month. Their response was that my background check is pending and they have no idea when they would be ready. I wonder if talking to a Tier II officer would help shed more light on this.

I think they'll tell you the same thing. I'd advise to contact the congressman and ombudsman office. Because you do that when you've exhausted all other options, and seems like you've already exhausted every option there is.
