Finally got my card in mail today...thank God. It took 3 days from the message of card was sent out. I will proceed with the N400 next week.

My wife received the approval letter today.  We are active members of First Baptist Church Atlanta and receive a daily email devotion.  Today's message was about how to handle our fear and was talking about Isaiah 41:10 which says 'Do not fear for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am Your God.  I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

 

All thanks goes to God.  I pray for those that have not been approved yet and the above bible passage will give you the strength to keep the faith. 

 

I updated our status and copied/pasted above but hopefully someone can do a better job than me.

 

I want to share how the approval letter opens:

Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved.  You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status.  It goes on to say the new green card should arrive within 60 days.  

 

We already made a infopass for March 14th as my wife's current green card with one year extension letter  expires on 4/4/17.  Her Georgia driver's license also expires on 4/4/17.  We will need to keep the appointment to hopefully get the 551 stamp in her passport.  I cannot take the chance if the green card does not arrive prior to her driver's license expiring.  Any idea if they will still give her the 551 stamp?

From my above post I tried to clean up the approval list.  Let me know if I missed anyone and I will correct. The above list is just for Vermont as someone posted some time ago that most (if not all) of California has been approved. Out of 38 February filers 20 have been approved so we are looking at a 53% approval.  For those that have not been approved please keep the faith and keep praying.

Today we went for the infopass appointment to check on my husband's ROC status. The officer said the case was transferred to an officer on Feb 17, so a decisions will be made soon, hopefully. We also got the husband's passport stamped for 6 months. Also confirmed our new address was updated on the file.

 

Hopefully we will receive the approval in the mail soon, without an RFE or interview!

I called USCIS this morning and asked to speak with a tier 2 officer.

I have been said that my case is still processing (not even in the final process) and that I am looking at a 1 to 2-year process :o

 

I hope that the fact I filed for N-400 a month ago will actually make the process faster for my I-751.

(My I-751 priority date is February 22, 2016)
