Hi! I feel the same way ! On Saturday is my one year and nothing so far?? I have made an info pass at the local office to go in and get a stamp on my passport!

I plan on making an infopass shortly as well... and maybe the officer there will be able to give more information.

 

Its just frustrating when you see other people who applied later and got approved but not ours!

 

Hopefully ours will come in the mail soon.

I have called the 1800 number several times because I know sometimes things are mailed and they don't update or it can get lost in the mail, however the officer said nothing was mailed and the Vermont office is moving slow ....I don't get it

Me too!! Im afraid that something was mailed and we did not receive.. I don't want to miss something and get denied. I did an address change last year via online, and got an email confirmation it was changed successfully..

Well, I will tell you from experience that whenever you do an address change, and you receive a confirmation at the new address that it's been changed, they still send all the letters/notices afterward to the old address. I haven't found a way to overcome that - my guess is to go on an infopass appointment and double check the address with the officer because they won't give out any information on the phone.

I did do an infopass last November, and confirmed the address was changed successfully.. so hopefully its done!

you guys are posting the same questions over and over again... please scroll back the pages and you will find most scenarios of what you are experiencing in the past posts. In the mean time, if your letter is a few days away from expiring make an appointment through the phone and get your passport stamped if you need to prove your status, employement eligibility or you are going to travel outside of the United States. You should though call them anyway and ask to process e-request and ask what is going on with your case. If they say you are still within the processing times ask to speak with tier2 agent and have them to do so. While you jump the gun and start making calls make sure you check online status of your case. If it says we received your application on the date... most likely they are still working on it and you have nothing in the mail so sit tight and wait. Another scenario that happened to me and it is posted by me in the past posts that online status did not change until I got approved but... I was mailed a letter to submit additional evidence which is called RFE. After submitting additional docs my status online changed to "Your case was approved".

Package Received ---> Friday, March 17, 2017 @ 3:50 am

CC Charged ---->  3/20/2017
NOA ----> 3/23/17                                                                                
Finger Prints ---> 4/14/2017 --> Early FP 4/12/17!!
Inline for an Interview notice received ---> 4/14/17
Interview Scheduled ---> Waiting for letter in the mail to see the actual date.  8/30/17
letter in the mail arrived ---> 9/5/17
Interview Date ---> 10/05/17
Oath ---> 10/12/2017
