Sorry for the double post. Hope I followed the directions correctly when I added my name to the list. Thanks in advance for guiding me through the correct procedure if I was wrong. God bless each and every one of you. Our prayer is we all move swiftly through Vermont and receive the 10 year green card. After our first 'journey' through the Vermont service center we have come full circle and back there again after starting there with the filing of the K1.

You were almost there. There is one date that is missing on one of our members. His NOA1 is missing..i will adjust that.

Timeline for N-400   
Package Sent ----> 3/13/17

Package Received ---> Friday, March 17, 2017 @ 3:50 am

CC Charged ---->  3/20/2017
NOA ----> 3/23/17                                                                                
Finger Prints ---> 4/14/2017 --> Early FP 4/12/17!!
Inline for an Interview notice received ---> 4/14/17
Interview Scheduled ---> Waiting for letter in the mail to see the actual date.  8/30/17
letter in the mail arrived ---> 9/5/17
Interview Date ---> 10/05/17

Hello, there is a new form for the I751. I am not sure what to put in these three sections.

Here's our situation. I am the US citizen and my wife was from London. She received the I751 form to remove the condition. It's a bit confusing to fill out.

For part 4, is this my info? I am the US Citizen.

Part 4 says

Part 4. Information about the US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse.

Part 7. Petitioner's Statement, Contact information, acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS application support center, certification and signature.

Is this section to be filled by my spouse or me, the US Citizen?

Part 8, Spouse's individual listed in part 4's statement, contact information, acknowledgement of appointmet USCIS application support center, certification and signature.

Yes in part 4 it ask US citizen mean You the USC

And about part 7 and 8 in my case it will automatically filled the named petitioners mean you wife spouse is you

5/16/16 is the visa expiration. it said within 90 days before. i am still good with the timing right? i can still file let's say march right?

As what I said if you already filled the form the part 7 & 8 will automatically show up the name without u fill it. Petitioners mean who need the ROC mean your wife and in part 8 it said spouse's individual list in part 4 and I that part mean the USC is you.

Yes you can file in march but remember there's many case lost the package otw uscis dont take the risk buds

First, let me say good luck to all Feb 2016 filers. I hope everything goes smoothly and as quickly as possible.

We filed on 2/3 to CSC and received the NOA1 (dated 2/9) for my wife in the mail today.

I wanted to ask a quick question of the group to see if anyone knows before I put it out on the larger forum. We filed for my wife and her son on the I-751. We received her NOA1 today, but not for her son. Am I correct that we should be receiving an NOA1 for him as well?
