It's normal at this point that most of us February files aren't approved yet.  It looks like they are still working through January and even December.  I wouldn't be worried yet.

I have the exact same notice date as you (my husband is the petitioner), and also filed in Vermont. I get worried a lot too.. so you are not alone!

I plan on making an infopass sometime in March so we can get the I-551 stamp. Hopefully we get approve before then.

 

Hopefully we will hear good news soon! Also, as you might have noticed, some get approved earlier and some get approved later.. so I think the whole process is so very random..

 

Anyways, don't worry. At the end, if our marriage is real, we should be fine.

i am happy to announce that when i opened my mailbox today i saw a nice letter from USCIS that my case was approved. February .... The website still says the old stuff. I am happy and know that the rest of our group will be getting their soon....

 

@NMIC7 i have won the fight...I will wait so we can both file again together, It was fun going through this journey together.

hi all .... I am February filler too.  Dated 02/27/2016  NOA 03/01/2016 Biometric 03/30/2016 ... I filed a Form I-751 petition jointly with my husband for removal my condition of my green card. Until now no answer yet and almost a year filed. While I have been waiting till now, my husband filed for divorce but not finalize yet. Any body here they have same situation?

When did you apply. Looks like your NOA is 2/29. If that's correct then it's looking good for February filers
