Oh ####### we didnt put e-notification (form G-1145)... We already sent ours last friday feb 12th.. Now i expect this will take longer to get the noa1.. Such a mistake!!

We are sending 751 package on Tues 2/16

I have read of others sending other forms with the 751. Is this all that is neded for adjustment of status?

Also the NOA-1's that people are receiving within the week, do those include the 1 year extension, or what do we need to wait for. We are traveling out of the country during the period of her current 2years. But right on the cusp, if we dont get an extension her LPR for the past two years will expire.

We only sent the i-751 form.

And yes, the NOA1 serves as a one year extension for employment and travel.
