I don't know yet, I'm gonna give all my stuff to my lawyer next friday so I'm not sure how to keep track of it because I'm not positive if they mail you a new receipt or they just continue processing your case...

I called them today as well and received a call back 2 hours later. I haven't received any updates since biometrics appointment. The only thing they said the processing time was one year and my case was pending.

The same they told me. They asked me to wait until oct, 7th. If I dont receive any update on the service request, then I can call and will be escalated.

I logged in to check my case status this morning and there was an update.... I was approved and my 10 year green card is in production as of Sept 26th!

On Sept 17th I did place an inquiry with a tier 2 service rep....

Today I received a status update

On October 3, 2016, we updated your name for your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received

Not sure what it means. Looks like they are reviewing my case after filing service request so hope to hear good news soon. Finger crossed!!!

so after receiving RFE Sept. 15, and sending the additional documents Sept 26, i checked my status online and this is what I saw

New Card Is Being Produced

On October 7, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Finally!! I'm so happy! Good luck everyone!

Sent 9lb worth of 2 year documents on the 1st the received it on the 3rd and cheque was cashed today. Hope to get the NOA soon

Can you please let me know after card produced status showing how much time it took to change the status for delivery of the card

As my status showing from 25 days card being produced no updates so please let me know when you received your card

Congrats to all! I placed a service request online and they didnt do anything just sent me an email saying my case was within the normal processing time and asking me to check the website for that information. Lol waiting...
