Update for me! I placed my service request on September,16th. On September,19th my status changed to -The card is in production! I believe that it is only due to the service request because Tier 2 agent just told me to wait up to 11 months!

Update for me! I placed my service request on September,16th. On September,19th my status changed to -The card is in production! I believe that it is only due to the service request because Tier 2 agent just told me to wait up to 11 months!

So I am def gonna call them tomorrow again because I placed mine on Sept 15th and no update at all. I really dont know whats up with my case. My husband, our baby and I have to travel in December and I just wanted to make sure we wont have any delays in the airport on the way back (the airlines in South America usually dont know much about immigration letters). When you travel with a baby, everything is more complicated and they dont even seem to process my request... :/

Same thing here. I've placed a service request online on Sept 16 and didn't receipt any update yet. They said I suppose to get a reply by 10/8 so I guess just need to wait for 2 more weeks.

I filed on the same day too. Expect reply by oct 7th but I am actually calling them later today.
