Now i know why she told me i will received a letter, just received RFE in the mail today.. sad but me and my husband will start working on additional documentations to send them..

Please don't be disappointed. i am sure you would get the approval within a month you get the additional documents. just a quick question- you placed the service request today and received the REF today. that means your REF was sent earlier. correct? as i was told the same thing two days ago. i am assuming mine is on the way....

documentation with our joint account, they need all the pages of transactions, and they wanted rental and leases of joint tenancy. I can provide the bank transaction pages but we will probably write a letter to them explaining that our house is fully paid for and is named under my husbands name only coz he already owned it years before we met.

Thank you, yeah kinda disappointed but i guess that's how it is, we'll just keep working on it.. Yeah i just called them today, i guess it was showing on what the representative was looking at, thats the reason why she told me i will receive a letter, she probably don't wanna give me the bad news and make me feel bad.. lol..

They asked exactly the same thing... Transactions and asking why there are no household related transactions... So I gotta explain it that my wife and I lived with a family members since we first submitted application and now we don't have a lease or anything so the owner wrote a statement with applications attached that we have been living there for a year and pay 750 for rent and 50$ for all utilities so we never receive any kind of bills at all because it's all included in 800$ price... Also because I didn't submit w2's for 2014 they are asking for that as well... And without them tax return is inefficient... That letter was a bit weird but we will submit all we can... Everyone's life is different... Lots of explaining to do lol

I guess we got the same RFE, our joint account is mainly for savings for a couple of years, but recently we've used it with all our expenditures, I will print all those transactions and send them. I guess that's what they want to see us spending and spending.. LOL

Just my 2c...you might also want to include copy of your DL showing same address...not sure of your auto insurance company but we got a letter from them stating that all our car and motorcycles were located in the same address proving we have joint tenancy and ownerships

I was able to place a service request online finally! I wont be calling them for now since it says expect reply by oct, 7th. We will see! Hope I get approved in 2 days just like the others...

I filed my I 751 February 10 2016 at VSC. I sent in my request for an expedite August 24th and uscis responded the next day to send in paper work to support my expedite. I did the next day.

I got an approval today ?

I file in with Vermont service center. I called and asked to put in an expedite request and the sent me an email the next day to send in proof of why I needed an expedite.
