Feb Filers: If you have surpassed 6 months of processing time from your NOA1 date, then file a service request. I did for mine even thought i was a Jan filer and next day i was approved. I heard another Feb Filer in another forum indicate that he got approved next day after filing a service request. It might be a coincidence but no harm in trying. :-)

My NOA1 date turned six months yesterday. How do you file a service request?

hello hello february files good news for me and god willing for you all soon, I wasn't really sure to be approved i was expecting RFE but today i checked my case status ( On August 20, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC.............. and will mail it to the address you gave us ) on 02/18/2016 my case was revived. And 03/16/2016 biometric , how long it takes to get the card in mail ?

Thanks! Unfortunately, though, it said I was still within processing times and couldn't file the service request when I tried. May have to wait a few days or until September. Hopefully it will get processed before then anyways.

This sucks. The Vermont Center has no updates whatsoever. Are they that backed up?

Seems to me they haven't even done any from December yet: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/576599-i-751-december-2015-filers/page-40 Sorry, hope they transfer some cases to CSC or get back up to speed themselves!

Give it some time... I filled on feb17 csc and got nothing yet even though others even who filled later got their updates... Vsc as I've noticed takes around 8months to complete their tasks instead of 6... Just compared last year with this year so it does look very similar. Csc takes about 6-7 months.. So we are still most of us waiting for it :)
