Ah, thanks!

Unfortunately the VJ timelines seem to be screwed up for I-751s. If you filed a K-1 in one SC and then transferred to the other for ROC, you show up under the original SC for the 751 timeline.

CSC Processing Time chart still says October 15 2015 so I'm not sure how do you see that it moved to December 21. I've been checking their website for the times but it doesn't change much. Seems that every two months they move up a month. I saw 6 months like 4.5 month ago. Than 4 months ago it moved up to october 15 than 3 months ago it came back to 6 months again and like 3 weeks ago it switched back to october 15. I don't think that their system is being updated at all. These processing times might be switching due to the back ups on their system. So I'm not entirely sure what's going on with it but as I've been looking for answers on internet and as people say that system is not accurate and you can't rely on it of what it says. No updates have been made at least for the majority of people after they submitted the case and that is the only thing they see that your case was received. And than after around 6 months they receive a letter your card is being produced.. Congratulations. So, as always, we are still waiting! :)

Hmmm....I don't get why "Current Processing Times" on the VJ website keeps fluctuating forward and backwards.

Has anyone heard anything on their I-751's yet. We filed 02/11/2016, NOA Date was 02/27/2016 and the Biometrics Appt was on 03/22/2016 and I havent heard a word since. The USCIS case status link shows no updates. We filed with the Vermont Service Center and I dont know where to look for current processing times. Can anyone provide me with an update please?

Vermont is now currently processing June 29th 2015 according to their website. California service center is still on october 15th 2015. Vermont takes about minimum of 8 months to 12 months to process i751 when california processes i 751 in 5 to 8 months at the most. For processing information click here and choose your service center

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

i filled 2/17/2016 at california center and still heard nothing and no updates have been made on the web. Processing times on their website are not accurate so don't rely on them. It's the same as your status update on the web... It is simply not working. I called them as well, they told me the same thing that's on the web. My lawyer called them yesterday and got the same answer. So all we have left is to be patience and wait :) our time is coming! At least for california center ones :) Good luck!

you will either have your gc by then or your recruiter should have provided you with such information before they ship you out. Since you start your training in august, once you complete your training and after you graduate you will be sworn in and automatically receive your us passport which in that case your i751 will no longer be valid because it will serve no purpose. If you ship out and let's say you will receive rfe or interview letter, as far as I've been told, they have immigration officers there that will come to interview you or they will let you out to attend the interview at immigration office if necessary which also wouldn't make sense because by that time you will be deployed who knows where. You have nothing to worry about unless you will do something really bad and will be dishonorably discharged. So go serve this great country (Your country) and worry about your phisical preparation and less about immigration. This is the info that I was provided by recruiting officers before my moto crash and I was disqualified because of too many broken bones. So good luck for you there and be safe!

Anyone else in here has been asked to provide another police clearance cert from their home country and also from the county they're living in in the states? I'm really pissed off at this stage! First my fingerprints were not acceptable to the FBI, have to back to have them redone next week and now this! They were not readable, surely the fault of the technician. I've already provided the police clearance cert from the time I applied for my CR1, up until May 2014 and now I have to pay for another one for the previous 5 years from now. Also in this state where I live now. I've never even had a parking ticket! Arghhhh.

Looks like January filers' approvals are coming in.. I think saw 1 or 2 approved last week so it's moving along, but they are still at only 9 out of 28 approved at CSC, so I would wait until they get close to all 28 approved before beginning to worry. By that time, hopefully we will be at a few more Feb filers approved.

Check the Jan filers' thread here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/581086-i-751-january-2016-filers/page-23

Hey guys I'm new to this thread.

I am a Vermont Feb 2016 Filer.

Ive been looking at threads from the previous year (Vermont Feb 15') and i noticed that most Vermont cases were transferred over to California Service Center to distribute workload and catch up by August 19th and in most were approved by October, any chance this will happen this year? Does anyone know at what point Vermont begins to transfer cases because at the moment they are pretty backed up. Im just looking for a positive glimpse of hope that lets us know the ball is moving lol. CSC seems to be catching up hitting the 6-7 month window.

Hello everyone one. I've been following the forum for a while and I want to join you now. Here is my information. I sent the package to CSC on Feb 2. The package was sent back due to I sent a check with a wrong fee. On Feb 12 I sent the package back to CSC this time with the right amount of money. The package was received on Feb 16.
