It's been 27 days since i filed my I-751 and still no Bio-metrics appointment from California Service Center. I'm waiting for 30 days to inquire online.

My biometrics date for AOS was 2 years to the day of this years appointment - March 7, 2014. My NOA1 for ROC was dated February 16, 2016. That would make my ROC NOA1 date less than 2 years from my previous biometrics capture. I'm sorry :(

Thank you for the info. Previous threads indicated that not everyone who falls within two years gets waived, just a percentage, so I'm still holding out hope!

It's been 27 days since i filed my I-751 and still no Bio-metrics appointment from California Service Center. I'm waiting for 30 days to inquire online.

It seems that the last biometrics notices were sent to those whose NOA1 date was on the 16th or 17th, and nobody whose NOA1 date falls after that has gotten one. And it has been almost two weeks since the last of them. So it will be interesting to find out the cause of this.

How much notice do you get for the biometrics? I thought I might have received mine by now. NOA1 date is 02/19/2016. I have booked to go back to Ireland to visit my family on April 11th! Getting worried now. ?

Hi NoelAnne! Our NOA1 was dated 2-01-16. Our biometric appointment letter was dated 2-22-16, and then the actual appointment itself was scheduled for 18 days after that (3-11-16).

Biometrics was so fast! 20 minutes in and out....the fastest thing to happen in this entire process, really. $590/20 minutes = $29.50 per minute....LOL!

Glad your appointment went well :)) technically, biometrics fee is $85, so only &4.25 per minute :)) the rest is for the 6 months of waiting that will now follow :)))
