I messed up and got my package back (I sent them a copy of the I-751 - so all the signatures were copied which they didn't like).

I sent it out today - can you please update the date to today?

We mailed ours on Monday 2/22 and it was delivered on 2/23/2016.. I am not sure why the check was not cashed yet. Does it normally take a week or so? Thanks.

They will send you the NOA in the mail. When you receive it the date they mailed it (which is on the form) is the NOA date. Some people know in advance when their NOA date is if they sign up for texting and e-mail You get a notification sometimes before you get the actual NOA. So sit tight and keep checking your mail. :)

Yes and they will send us the NOA letter - just check your mailbox.

i didn't remember any section in the form where i can ask them to send us an email or text. i know it asked for a phone # and email address but when on the application process asked for it so that they can email/text us?

I can't remember,too! All I know is when I get my NOA letter then I can start tracking my status. I know they got my packet because they already cashed my check.

There is no way to track until you get your biometrics letter

Actually, there is a way of knowing, but it is hit or miss. It is the G-1145 form that can be attached to any petition or application for free. If attached, they will email/text when the NOA is sent in the mail. Like I said, it is hit or miss. We included it with our I-129f and I-485 and received e-notification both times. We included it with the I-751 and didn't receive anything until the NOA was in our mail box. Nothing to worry about though. Also, you won't be receiving your NOA until the check is cashed. When you see the withdrawal in your account, you will know to expect the NOA within 1-2 weeks after that date. It took them several days to cash our check too for whatever reason. Just hold tight.
