I received my NOA1 today. There was an issue with my address and it got super delayed in postal service chaos. The receipt date was 02/05 and the postage has a 02/08 date. Can someone update my info on the chart?

I changed my address online to fix it but I hope my biometrics appointment is not as delayed. Should I call and ask if they already sent my biometrics letter? Is that something they will be able to tell me?

It seems we have the same NOA date you should be fine we have bot receive biometric appointment

Hi! I sent my package to CSC on 01/29 using USPS Priority and it was delivered to CSC on 02/01 but I still haven't received the NOA until now. Should I just resend my package?

I also sent the fee waiver request (I912) along with my I751. Is this causing it longer to process?

why did you have a fee waiver? Seems like this is america and money talks. when they see they are not making money off you they take their sweet time :)

My husband and I currently unemployed. The drop of oil price is affecting our job. We've been trying to find another job for a few months now but still no luck.

Do you think it will also affect the approval?

Did you provide evidence with your fee waiver request? If you did, USCIS is probably taking time to determine whether you qualify for the waiver. If you didn't provide the right evidence, USCIS will deny your waiver request. Your unemployment will not affect your I-751 adjudication since spouses' incomes are not part of this process.

Yes, I did send some evidence along with the I912. Shouldn't I get a separate NOA for each form? Or are they going to review the waiver request first before sending the NOA for the I751?

I'm a bit worried here since it's almost a month since I sent the package.

I would inquire and call USCIS about your package rather than resending it all over again first. That would only complicate matters if your NOA was on the way. Confirm things first, then take action. The NOA is an extension notice, but it is also a receipt. Since a normal case includes a check, they would cash the check, inspect the form(s) for the correct following of instruction, and send the NOA. If a waiver is involved, I suspect it would be normal for a delay as they inspect the waiver request before freely granting an extension. This is just my suspicion. In any case, confirm your filing status first before resending anything and save yourself from unnecessary frustration.
