Well I went to my local office in Mount Laurel NJ to get my passport stamped as my ROC extension letter expires on the 22nd April, I was in & out 10 minuets before my appointment time  

 

I was told that my file for ROC was being sent to NBC to be put with my N-400 application & that it looks like I might be having a joint ROC & Citizenship interview when they eventually book one for me.

After I sent back the RFE ,60 days gone today. No answer ,very frustrating...

Hi! I called them today again,because I am out of the 60 days period,after I sent back my RFE. I got RFE on February 9,I sent back on the 15. They said the 60 days not start counting after when I sent back the the evidence ,it is from the my responding time last day. In my case is may 7. So I have to call them back if I not get anything until July 8. What if they didn't received my RFE? They going to deny my case and I can't do anything? Anybody have any advice what can I do? I am really nerves, I dont know what to do.

This is so frustrating. A lot if March filers have been approved. Do they really forget us 😱????

I hope not ! I don't know what to think anymore or if I just get a lawyer at this point to find out what's going on ..

I actually called them this morning about my case and they said probably another month again ugh but it's good news that it's has changed! Hopefully we should be receiving good news soon

Yayyyyy...... I just called and talked to the tire 2 officer. She told that my case has been approved, the decision was made on April 14. Hopefully I will receive the letter soon 🤞🤞
