Well I am still waiting for my ROC to be approved :huh: but on the bright side I received my NOA for my N-400, so now waiting for the biometrics  appointment to come through for that :wacko:

I went to my Infopass appointment today, (waited for over an hour) they stamped my passport and have been said that "my case is still pending but has been approved" -_-

On March 21, 2017, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number EAC**********, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by April 20, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I didn't ask, she was far to be nice, she just gave my passport back saying "here's your passport, have a good day" and she left the window.

I am going to wait until the end of next week and call them if I don't get any update

About a week after contacting the Obudsman we got our approval letter. We are December 2015 filers. After the notice my wife received her new 10 year green card in the mail yesterday.  About 3 weeks from notice.

 

Good luck to those waiting.

 

BTW. This morning I read here on VJ about a LPR who registered to vote and voted claiming she didn't know that it was against law. She will face deportation when caught. There is no waiver so she is pretty well sunk. She cannot apply for citizenship as one of the questions on the N400 is did you ever register and/or vote in an election.

Thanks! I actually never received anything saying my case was approved, my online status still said "we received your case on February 22, 2016..." until 10 minutes ago, its been updated to "New card is being produced" (I have never received an approval letter or even got the approval online status)

I never got an approval notice or my status online never changed until today. Not sure why they never sent me an approval notice.
I already filed N-400 (USCIS received on 02/28/2017) and have my biometrics appointment on March 27th.

That's awesome news! What a relief for you! My status is just say we received your case on February 18 2016 and at the bottom where you can login in to your account is saying your case has been assigned to an officer ...not sure what this means at all.
