I agree.

Its like the approvals come in waves. Maybe they wait like every 2nd week to approve them or something :) (btw that was a joke).

I think they are messing with us as there were some approvals over the past few weeks that were within a week of our NOA1 date and a few days back somone with a date one day before ours got approval.

I did a timeline search for K-1s from Nebraska and it doesn't appear there has been any new approvals. Although, it does appear that almost all of the December NOA1s have been approved which is a good sign.

Hi Priscila!

We went through Nebraska too and I don't think you should have to wait much longer. Usually they don't wait more than 60 days to issue your NOA2, unless you have an RFE or something else.

Pamela and I will be rooting for you! :D

I know it's anything official, but it means that almost nobody is receiving 2nd NOA's lately! :crying:

Ahh, come on! Let's go, Nebraska! :protest:

You are barely 6 weeks since your NOA1. A lot of us waited 3 months and more. Be patient.

And I know, when people told ME to be patient, it didn't help at all. But there's absolutely nothing you can do except come on here and vent, so... :)

Yes, I know... But few months ago, Nebraska was taking less than 4 months FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS! From NOA 1 to interview!

And anyway, most people use to receive their NOA 2 in less than three months and what scares me is that a lot of people that sent the petition in December are still waiting now!

My case is not delayet yet, I know! But I really would feel relieved if they started processing the cases of December and early January, at least...

Oh, yes! I'm anxious and I'm just relieving myself by sharing this feeling to you guys! I know I must be patient...hehe :P

Anyway, thanks for the support and I wish us luck!
