February 2016 I-130 filers

i am trini my husband is american but i previously lived in the us after i turned 16 however my laywer said i need police clearance from florida since i lived there before he put me on to someone but the cost is rediculous she is charging 225 us thats crazy

You don't need a police report from the US they already or have already done their check on you here. Check the travel.state.gov website. You just need your Trini police report but NOT the US.

As for me I'm still waiting......My request for evidence was received by them back on the 19th of this month. I read it can take up to 60 days before a decision is made...

Thank you so happy.. Yes the file was sent to the local office for review.. guess they didn't believe our relationship was genuine.. But they believe now.. lol

I was approved today. I think I'm the last one from February.

Wonderful news!!!! What a long road you have had. May the next part be quicker and smoother for you and you will be together again soon.
