Hi again Atiya1234 do you include letter from any of your marriage withness when you sent in your I-130 or RFE?

They did not request any thing like that from me so no i did not send that.wait for your letter and see what they ask for.likeJFH has said

Who do you suggest I contact at this point?

I would contact your senator's office. Check his/her website as it should give you a form to download and complete to give them permission to speak to USCIS on your behalf.

These delays don't make sense... mine took about 155 days and I was in the last 3% from Feb 22nd at Potomac to get any kind of activity... and they just simply approved it point blank... My case was super well organized, full of information, everything done perfectly, and we have lived together for almost two years here and had plenty of evidence. This is proof that these delays are senseless and random. I didn't even call once. The only consolation is that the office has to keep average processing times as low as possible and that falls upon the managing staff which in turn have to pressure their subordinates to scrape the bottom of the pan regarding older cases. either way, I hope whatever morosity is keeping this embarassing 6 month mark marching on is done with this week. I would suggest try to talk to tier 2 officer tomorrow and than wait few days to see if you get approval. In meantime while you wait, try to find out who is easier to get in touch with and responsive on getting back to you either Congressman or Senator and also have privacy release form from their website so when they ask you already have it ready.. I had contact my local congressman's office and was in touch with the local office director. I hope this helps getting your case through Nebraska faster.

So I just called the Tier 2 Reps are on a " Do Not Transfer " meaning that you can leave a message and they will return your call in 3-5 days .. The rep advised that I should wait another month as they are processing cases from 02/02/2016. By the time my husband gets here I will have grown gray hairs..

I am not sure if it did or not, but my case was touched very first time after I reached out to congress man. They also get specific answers than it's pending. So reach out and see what happens

I reached out to them twice. First I reach out to them in 2nd week of July little after 5 month mark and they contacted Nebraska on 13th and the same day USCIS gave me "Fake Approval" notice. That time they said they need to do additional background check and asked congressman to contact them in 2 weeks so I followed up with congressmen's office on 28th July and the person I reached out to asked me to wait till 15th August and I was approved on 11th.

He said these I-130 cases take between 5 and 11 months to process and that I should call back after 11 months has passed since the day of filing my petition! It was literally the first time I heard such a thing from anyone. It was also said that the Tier 1 people don't have a clue about what's really going on and the posted processing times online are inaccurate....sigh.....

That is utterly ridiculous, it pisses me off because they obviously are blowing smoke now I guess they are saying that because of the mass of calls. 11 months is crazy. The Tier 1 rep see the same info we see. I wish my file went to cali ..

Any of February filers waiting for their files sent to NVC, I found that they have not send any of I-130 that they approved on or after July 29th :(. I am getting anxious to move out of Nebraska. I feel bad ranting about file being sent to NVC while others are still waiting for approvals but I am not able understand why they suddenly stopped sending file for Visa processing. Up until end of July, they were sending in every 2 week if not earlier. Anyways I can't do much other than waiting..........

Last month ago they were at 45 days.. I give up its quite obvious they never had to be away from their spouses because if they did they would try their best to work on the files quicker being that they know what are going thru

I agree. I think people who have gone through these immigration processes should be working for USCIS so they can understand situation and try to make it faster process.
