Me neither !!! I don't want to wait more than 5 months but you can call them and check what's going on with your case on Friday! But I guess they will tell you that you have to wait ? Let's say positive!!

Yes if they continue with 17 per day from our batch it will take them a little over 2 weeks to approve them all.

On Friday we reach 5 months of waiting. I don't want to wait much longer than that.

Somewhat frustrating to see yet another March filer approved today. I know it's tactical to make sure the average stays within 5 months. But still frustrating that our case wasn't one of the tactical ones.

This means that the USCIS has sent the case to the NVC. Sometime next week, NVC should receive it so you should call them and give them the USCIS number to check if they've received it. Their number is 603-334-0700. For example, our case took 6 days to reach NVC. After that, it can take up to two weeks to get a case number, so you should just call them every few days in the first week, or even everyday in the second week to get your NVC case number, and the invoice number.

Hi I was filling for i-130 in January and in February 3 my case status was (my case was receved on 02/03/2016 I just checked it now after almost 5 months it changed to (my correspondence was received and uscis reviewing it )in June 30 we received your correspondence for former i-130 and uscis reviewing it.

I don't know what correspondence thy were received ?and who send correspondence to them ?because me and my wife didn't send any correspondence to them

I would call USCIS and ask to speak to a Tier 2 representative about that.
