On my series I found 4 approvals today and 3 yesterday. They are working a lot on this series:

LIN16904441xxxx

Hey, I am trying to understand, how does this series thing works? can you please explain it a bit? Moreover, isnt that supposed to be a 10 digit number after LIN?

So yesterday's results from Nebraska for February 8 filers...

17 approvals and 3 RFEs.

Still not my turn. But good to see a reasonable amount of movement there. This is LIN1690415xxx and onwards.

SO NOA 2 is basically the date when they approve your case you know the message on my USCIS site (On June 22, 2016, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LIN1690444XXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice) or when the approval notice is received on your given address?

It's the actual approval date (in this case June 22, 2016). The date that you receive the notice via mail isn't really all that relevant.
