So I did some research this morning.

This is for Nebraska.

I have found 244 I-130 files from February 8 still waiting for approval. I don't feel so bad now. I was thinking we were the only ones or one of a handful and that we had been forgotten or there was something wrong with our petition.

I feel relieved to know 243 other people are still waiting. At least I know it's nothing personal against us.

Of the 244 outstanding files at Nebraska that were received on February 8, they approved 6 yesterday.

If they continue to approve 6 per day it will take another 8 weeks to clear February 8 files.

Yes, very frustrating.

I saw a case that had NOA1 from Nebraska exactly 6 weeks before us. They have their interview next month. There's no way I am now just 6 weeks behind them.

Hi,

So I was trying to check m case status and I got a message that my IP has been locked for a selected time of period.... I've been checking every day my status and checking April batch to see if any movement has been made. Has this happened to any of you, if so for how long will I be blocked?
