There is no record of anyone getting an RFE for typing vs writing in that box. If you find someone who got an RFE for that, please let us all know.

All the best February 2016 Filers, I'm a February 2015 Filer, best advise is to be patient, make sure you send off all the documents to avoid RFE's, and during the NVC stage, they can send you a check

No, I know that. What I mean is they have (unfortunately) been given the backlog from Texas plus their own new cases. There are people there with NOA1 dates from July. So if ours has been sent there,

First of all, congratulations to everyone approved today!

Happy to say that we were approved today too! Our date was 2/12 and I got work of our approval 2 hours ago!

Wishing everyone else good news for this week. It seems like they are moving along again after last weeks slow down.

i know its hard waiting because i have been dong it as well but i decided that i would get involved with a charity group to have something to keep me busy and it has this month went by so quickly, so my advice is stop stalking i went from stalking uscis 10 times a day to once or twice now lunch time and the evening time lol

my pd date is feb 25th i honestly dont think its gonna be 4 month for my approval so fingers crossed for july :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :goofy: :goofy: :goofy:

Not many of us left now. I'm sticking around until the last one is approved, then I'll close the door on my way out. Maybe I will be the last to be approved?

My batch yielded zero today. No approvals, no RFEs.

I can't say I understand what their methodology (if any) is. But your case is several weeks after others that have had no action. There might be a reason, but for those skipped over it is maddening. Of course, good for you if you get approved as fast as possible! I just feel for those that have to wait when they have no way of knowing what is happening.

Yeah, I was convinced that we'd get an RFE. I just wanted it so I could deal with it and move on. Still two more days this week!
