California is normally for K1 and DCF. Occasionally, do they send CR1 (non-DCF) to California. Though I would've loved it myself. I'm just happy not to get Vermont or Texas, they are still processing from June from what I understand.

Where did you read or heard that California is normally K-1/DCF? BTW and DCF .

I have done multiple custom timeline searches and never noticed what you stated.

California is just much more efficient than the other (slugs) Service Centers, its unfair because we all pay the same fees.

Wow, that's incredible. Some people have all the luck I guess. I'm looking at the processing center timelines for the NOA1, my file date was February 4. Hopefully I'm heading to California because VSC, TSC, and NSC are processing File dates of February 5-7 now while CSC is processing file date February 2.

It happens occasionally, but not all that often that is. California usually handles K1/DCF filings. Can't say it won't happen though.

It is not ocassionaly, it happens very, very regularly.

California outperforms all service centers, right now their average is 79 days from NOA1 to NOA2, the closest is Nebraska with 145 days.

So that means that our case might go faster like not longer then 9 months would like to move to US by August? I hope!

I live in Bosnia with my husband and our two daughters.

If you filed DCF, it should be faster because bypasses all together NVC, that can be up to 5 months less.

Make sure that besides signing, also writes his name in block letters inside the heavy border box. Lots of people confuses printing name with typing name.

If you type his name with a computer inside this box you will get an RFE also. (Note: His name was already typed at the begining of the form)

This applies for both G-325A.

I typed our names on the G-325A in the heavy border box, that means we will get an RFE.

Well we also used a computer for that form so it will be interesting to see how many (if any) of us get RFEs. No offence, Frankjavir, but I have little confidence in attorneys and their hearsay.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

I did an I-130 in 2012 and typed the info in that box...zero RFEs. I'd say you won't find anyone on VJ who got an RFE for typing instead of hand-writing in that box.
