Congrats! You'll need to check with the specific doctor whether or not s/he will provide missing vaccinations. Some do and some do not! If they do not, just get it done from any doctor and bring the proof with you so that the visa doctor can certify it.

Different service centre. Potomac is slightly faster than Nebraska usually. I'm at Nebraska and just a day ahead of you. I'm hoping for this week too.

By the way, your timeline says you will get married in September later this year? I assume it's a mistake...

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

It could also be just a late approval from Friday, but the system didn't update in time so it updated the following day. At least this works at a previous government agency I was with, if information wasn't in the system by certain time daily, it would have to wait until the next processing day. And since computers don't have days off...it was a Saturday.

I don't think the employees in the service centers even know what goes on. Lol But it is fun to guess the process after having intimate knowledge of several government agencies that include public service and applications. The bureaucracy in small government buildings is amazing and include multiple locations creates havoc. :)

It's just human nature I have determined. Nothing is allowed to be common sense and efficient with government. It goes against all rules of government.
