no! They just sent a simple letter saying we got approval for the I-130 and nothing else.

It also says the consulate will contact us further, that is all.

Then you really may have to wait for teh consulate to contact you :/

Be aware just because one or two of January's have been approved does not mean they are working all on that date.

That one case could be expedite or Philippines case. They are given priority.

Based off what's on the site, yes. A lot of the stuff submitted by emails is going to be PDF so you can included a header on it with some info also.

The original is needed at the interview, as for the AOS, I was going to have two documents and just sign both. Sending one to my husband the other to NVC.

If you get chance at EP, that's awesome. I would love that. Though I would still include a cover sheet listing everything. I'm just paranoid that way.

Fact is fact buddy. and there are not only two cases approved... more than the number you said had got RFE.

expedite cases takes maximum of 30 days to approve...

the two cases you see on VJ timeline are the members who joined the forum, otherwise there are hundreds of filers everyday.

If this is correct, than I feel sympathy for all those cases that were transferred from other service centers to Potomac that have not been processed and are waiting months.

I do not know why it would not be correct, the data is entered by us, the members. I doubt any one with access edited the spread sheet.

It would not surprise me that Potomac screwed up the beeline, its a new site with a brand new inexperienced contracted personnel.

Note: Potomac's statistics started to be recorded by VJ last January, this fact hides any NOA1 prior to January 2016 and perhaps we have unreported approvals for tranferees.

I like your optimism, but do not get ahead of yourself by sending I-864 to your joint sponsor yet.

The reason is that USCIS updates forms all the time and if you submit an outdated I-864 you will get an automatic checklist.

Your best time to send the I-864 form to your joint sponsor is when NVC gives you a case number and invoice ID number.

Question: What is your turnaround time estimate in sending and receiving mail between applicant or petitioner and joint sponsor and is the petitioner here in USA?
