Thank you everyone for your feedback.

Yes it was two months ago.

My other question is do I wait until he gets the denial notice or do I just file a new AOS packet? Also will it be an automatic denial of his EAD? He went for fingerprinting already but has not heard back.

did you resolve this?

if no,

then prepare a new packet:

1. copy of I-485 receipt notice

2. new I-864 packet

3. letter explaining stuff

and send it all to the address in the I-485 receipt notice.

suggest usps priority mail with tracking.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks!!!! No I have not resolved this yet.... Waiting to include tax info for 2015... is that a wise choice?? Also..Just want to clarify, do I have to wait to get a response of denial before resubmitting the AOS package again?

As per your suggestion, do I also have to include the EAD

you included the EAD prior but ...

i suggest you call in to the national call center today,

get an ISO (never a trivial thing) then

explain all

then

ask the ISO what to do to submit a new I-864 packet

and

include a query about the EAD status...

did you register an account with USCIS online at their status portal? if yes, add in the receipt numbers on the I-485 plus the EAD and AP stuff. if no, hey ! get busy !

Ok Great thanks!! I will do that. Yes I have registered on the USCIS online portal but there are no status updates as of today.
