I mailed it last Thursday and the tracking said it was delivered on Saturday March 12th. It went to California.

Hello guys, I'm glad to be back again. Good luck to all.

I sent packet on Thursday March 10th and delivered next day. I just did an stupid mistake. I believe I left out the copy of the green card. The check has not been cleared, so I'm guessing the packet is coming back. Does anybody know how long does it take to come back?

In my opinion only, I don't believe your packet will come back. You will most likely get a RFE for the Copy of the Green Card because it is required. Good Luck to you!

I agree with Mike Greene, you will most likely get an RFE asking for a copy of the Green Card. Good luck!

If you forgot to include the copy of your Green Card with your original application, you will most likely receive an RFE requesting one.

I'm about to file. Hopefully this week.
