But if you check the top of the list, it was Feb 29 on February, and we're already in April, so it's not really updated.

If you check the other forums, you'll see tons of April fillers already approved. If I was you, I would definitely place a service request.

Hello,  everyone I just got my approval letter in the mail.  My NOA was 03/28/2016 and date of decision 04/18/2017. Thanks for all the help in this very long journey.  My prayers with all the people who are still waiting good luck.

 I did put in a service request  in late February when they had a system glitch  and I got an email reply saying I should wait  60 days for a decision still in that 60days window  the system will not allow me to put in a service request since I'm technically in the processing time. thank you

Got a stamp in passport today (charlotte, nc).. She said, i might approval by June.

She gave me the Gc and I was able to renew the Driving license

I have an NOA of March 3rd and did my bio first week of April. I can't help but notice that it seems the first week/second week of march filers are the ones delayed. Is it possible they are working backwards? And our batch is last?

I don't believe this is the case, as I had timelines similar to yours (also Canadian). It's a truly frustrating experience... you can take a look at February and April filers, but I would assume you'd see no patterns. Good luck!

Just to provide a data point, I received a text/email saying that my card is being ordered (4/26/2017). So it seems from the approval date, it'll be about 2 weeks to get it ordered, and then 1 week to receive it. This seems to be consistent with what I've read from others, who received approvals from the Vermont center.

After I received my card, it had the last name misspelled. So, I have been calling Tier-2 officers and they keep saying to write a letter and include evidence of my right name (as if they don't have every document I am going to send them already) and send the green card with it and request a correction, and I was THIS close of actually doing so, until I got a letter (response to my service request) saying that I can file for an I-90 (application to replace/renew green card) and the fee will be waived. So, I went ahead and filed that online -which is a breeze compared to the nightmare of sending the package by mail and I am almost positive I will get my citizenship before I get the new green card. Just posting this in case anyone goes through the same thing.

 

Ps. They posted a notice on my online account that I won't need to go for another biometrics appointment because they can use my previous one.
