I have been quite lucky lately to speak to really understanding and polite IOs, but this one reminded me of how unreasonable and illogical they can really be. Needless to say that I thanked him for his time and got off the phone. And called USCIS again and requested to speak to a tier-2 officer which the wait for was 180 minutes as opposed to 10 minutes the first time this morning. 

 

This is only shared for your amusement. I am still laughing at him saying "This doesn't sound like an approval to me."

The USCIS mis-information line never cease to amaze!

04 April 2019: ROC approved (as part of N-400 combo interview)

18 February 2018: N-400 Application submitted online

21 February 2018: NOA1 Rreceived

23 February 2018: Biometrics appointment letter received. Appointment 13 March 2018. 

27 April 2018: Interview notice received. Interview Date: June 5, 2018. Request to reschedule sent as out of the country at that time.

04 April 2019: Attended interview ... PASSED!

11 April 2019: Oath ceremony

I had a similar experience. I called 2 days after receiving my congratulation/ approval letter to inquire when would my new card be arriving. Waited 220 mins to speak to a tire 2 officer, who then told me my letter to disregard the letter because that wasn't what his system indicated. HA! Got my card 7 business days after.

We got the approval letter. Date of Decision is 03/14/2017.

Also the online status is unchanged.

 

Edit: I tried to update the chart, but couldn't get the editor to work correctly, so I removed it.

05-01-2017 ( Day 376)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K2 case)

05-02-2017 ( Day 377)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K1 case)

05-04-2017 ( Day 379)-  Received GC in the mail ( K2)

05-05-2017 ( Day 380)-  Received GC in the mail ( K1)

03-21-2017 ( Day 11) - Received Text and Email Notification

03-25-2017 ( Day 15) - Received NOA hardcopy

03-27-2017 ( Day 17) - USCIS website status changed " Fingerprint Appointment Was Scheduled"

04-12-2017 ( Day 33) - Biometrics/ Fingerprints & stamped passports for another 1 yr extension.

05-15-2017 ( Day 66) - "In Line for Interview" updated website status

05-17-2017 ( Day 68) - " Interview Was Scheduled" updated website status

05-25-2017 ( Day 76) - Received  the interview letter

06-26-2017 ( Day 108) - Interview Schedule

08-03-2017 ( Day 147)- Received notification online "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed"

We should try to stop congratulating and thanking people. Sorry to be mean - but the numbers of posts goes way out of hand with all those posts...

 

Anyways, 25% of March is approved on 22nd March - We seem to be running slow.

06/20/2017 - In line for Interview
11/02/2017 - Interview scheduled
11/02/2017 - Approved on spot
11/9/2017 - Oath and filed for passport at USPS (Got it in 6 days)

Hello all,

 

I've just received (today 3/23/17) the letter informing me that conditions were lifted and that green card should be delivered within 60 days.

 

My timeline is as follows:

 

Package sent: 3/9/16

NOA: 3/14/16

Biometrics: 4/12/16
