Since they don't provide you with a tracking number when they send you the card, I have seen on the February filers discussion that one person has called and got the tracking number from a tier-2 officer. This was news to me, so I thought I'd share with everyone.

Getting back to this forum after a long time. The NOA date was 3/7/2016. I can see people who filed after me have been approved, which seems weird. They clearly don't process cases in the order they were received!

I have heard that it is in the order of the background check. Whoever clears first goes in line first.

That makes sense. I don't care as long as they do it eventually lol. N-400 is more important now anyway.
