I did an online inquiry about my case and I received an answer on 11/21 that 'Your case has been assigned to an Officer. On 10/25/2016, the Officer ordered a Request for Evidence be mailed to you at your address of record. The Request for Evidence should arrive within two to four weeks of the order. Therefore, you should be receiving it about now.'

Still haven't received anything and getting very stressed out since the email doesn't mention what kind of evidence they're requesting, and really really worried that why I still haven't received it in my mail :clock:

Has anyone else experienced something similar and what did you do about it? Just wait and see?

When I check my status on USCIS website, it still hasn't changed from 'Case was received', shouldn't it be something else now since I should be receiving the RFE?

I feel like I submitted enough evidence with my package so I'm pretty nervous and clueless what else do they need, so hopefully I'll receive my RFE soon and can start working on gathering more evidence. The email said I should expect a reply by December 29, 2016, hopefully it won't take that long -_-

You can probably call the customer service number and talk to a rep. to make sure they have the right address on file.

So I finally received my RFE today.. though it was already mailed out on October the 27th but for whatever reason was undeliverable and now I only have till January the 18th to send the additional evidence out :protest:

How's everyone else doing?

45 days given a the time of service request gone as of December 5th still NOTHING

A bit frustrating to say the least but we live in hope

Hello fellow March filers,

I have been following this thread for a while, and decided to join VJ today to get involved in the conversation. It seems that the Vermont Service Center is testing all our patience with this waiting game. I had a question and would really appreciate if someone could help me:

How can one change the mailing address for the application without changing the physical address on there?

I appreciate the help and feedback from similar experiences I have been getting from this thread.
