I checked mine online this morning and it still said your case is in the normal processing times.

yes I hear you we trued on the phone and online a coupe of times to no avail

but finally at the 6 months 3 weeks mark was finally able to do the service request on line-but how much good its done who knows

judging from that email not much!!!
