Where did you get this info?

That is how it is done with an immigrant visa, NVC schedules the interview.

Several months ago, possibly longer, There were some posts about how to track a package out of the NVC through the DHL process. Maybe search on DHL or 'track'.

Maybe Hank or Greenbaum has better memory than me on how to do it.

No exact way to track the DHL shipment between NVC and USEM, some came up with ideas on how to get close, but not track the actual package.

CEAC is still the best bet.

As for the OP, contact NVC, USEM whoever can give you real answers and hopefully find your case file, get you a new interview date....

For contacting USEM:

  • VISA INFORMATION AND APPOINTMENT SERVICE

    Philippines: (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502, Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-8:00p.m. (Except on Philippine and US Holidays).

    US: (703) 520-2235, during 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Callers are able to speak with an English-, Tagalog-, Ilocano-, or Cebuano-speaking operator.

After a case leaves the NVC, getting them to do anything is a lost cause.

Keep in mind that the U.S. Embassy Manila never loses anything. As Chinook and I found out, they simply "misplace" them. My best advice is to stay in contact with the embassy. Eventually they will remember where they "misplaced" your case, and then they will allow you to interview.

So if i dont call they wont remember and my file will be forgotten forever? Will be stuck in limbow and will never seen again? Thanks for your advice

That's not what he stated. He recommended that you stay in touch with the Embassy to insure you are being process properly and timely. Nothing more and nothing less.
