Took one hour for both of us and then 5 min walk to the x-Ray place took 10 min there and we were done. :) none of us needed any shots at all. I'll tell the details a little later :)

Does anyone know what time they update the app?

When I compiled my massive list of case #'s I got 3 emails at 4:55pm Hawaii Standard time. If it's the same time the next time then it's a safe bet they update the list once a day.

I made a similar list to Chris98vf. I noticed that an update had happened today for a previously updated February 22 petition. My heart jumped and then fell again when I saw it was only a name change. The update happened between 4:00 and 4:30 Eastern time.

Sure, I'll post when I get it. Won't list the case #'s this time but will list the last 4 and status. I only made the list for my day, which is Feb 8th. I'm all the way at the bottom of that list but it doesn't seem to follow a chronological order. I think it depends on the country your fiance is in and perhaps they do some sort of background check they have to wait on. I did notice that anything with errors or RFE's were within days meaning that when they get your packet they do look at it right away and do process some basic info.

My guess is that initially, they are put into some kind of organized stacks. I have noticed that you will see ten or so I-129F with consecutive case numbers. I also saw a list of several consecutive case numbers that were rejected because of "wrong fee."

I am optimistic that I got put into a "these will be easy stack" or something like that.

I was lucky enough to have a group legal plan with my company and hired a lawyer. She did all the paperwork for me and made sure everything was good to go before sending it. Definitely faster than I could have done and nothing missed. I wish I knew why some were so much faster than others. My only guess is they do some sort of cross reference background check. Make sure she's not on some sort of list...

In the interview with a former adjudicator here on VJ the person mentioned that some employees specialized in certain case types, so it would make sense that all I-129Fs are kept together.

So it went really quick all they did was:

Ask tons of questions

Have the blood test (K-1)

Test eyes

Look at ears

Look inside mouth

Messuare temperature

Blood pressure

Listen to heart and lungs

Feel the stomach

Height and weight

I thought we needed the flu shot but guess we didn't and all danish vaccines are the same as America so we didn't get any of those either.

We only had to take our shoes and pants of for the weight and then could put them right on again nothing else off.

And that was it. They were very friendly and it was SO quick :)

And then X-ray 2 pictures and that was done :)

Yeah, day 52 now, disappointed because CSC was moving fast when we first sent in the petition

Hell yes!!! I believe the petitions are in high volume lately that is why it takes a lil time. Just unfair coz they are approving cases in not chronological order. *sigh*
