Wooh, things are moving again with the NOA2's.

I saw one with the date 02/03!

Were did you see this? My NOA1 has a 02/03 received date (that's also on the email and also on the app - case tracker) and a 02/05 notice date. I'm not sure which date to go with. I'm currently using 02/03. So which date should I go with?

I'm the petitioner and I feel like I'm more anxious than the beneficiary..lol I'm the one who is always checking for updates. Maybe guys just don't get as anxious as us ladies lol. Oh God help me. This process is crazy stressful but exciting at the same time.

Georgia,

The notice date is February 5th and received date is February 3rd. The email I received on February 8th. Too many dates to work with...yikes!!

Yes, it gets confusing. But the Email is the right date to use :)

What is the app saying about the 500 cases before you?

(The app doesn't work on my phone!)

Are you asking me?.... I don't know I'm keeping an eye on cases before that where there are a lot of cases and there get more approvals for each day so that is good :)

Just asking generally, not aimed at anyone specific.

I find this process quite fascinating. Boxes of cases from all over the world being looked at, different pasts, different futures, but at the moment all almost exactly the same.

That's good to see but it seems to me this has been a slow week so far... Hope I'm wrong and things start moving right along.

The average is 45 days?

Today is my 45th day. Not that I am expecting anything to happen today or tomorrow.
