It's not my NOA2 :)

You are at day 42 your NOA1 date is the 5th where you got the text and e-mail.

Hehe.but in mycasestatus noa1 is feb2. I'm confused.

Anyway, one from Morocco,our fellow febfiler has been approved. Anytime soon,it'll be us. Yippee!!

Feb 1, 2016 : I-129F packet sent
Feb 2, 2016 : Packet received
Feb 5, 2016 : NOA1 text confirmation received and case sent to CSC ^_^

Mar 28, 2016 : NOA2 (Yehey! 52days from NOA1) (L)(L)(L)

April 26, 2016 : MCN obtained! (28days after NOA2)

May 6,10,11, 2016 : Medical done! :unsure:
May 12, 2016 : Interview done! (L) (Still for further review, but good to go)


June 6, 2016 (6-6-16) : Hopefully our union day.. civil wedding..
June 6, 2021 : Hopefully real wedding in the Philippines. :)

Wow! That is indeed a good news, Georgia! Just a little more patience and the NOA2 will come rolling for us February filers! *fingers crossed*

We are currently at 46days after NOA1. Hope, NOA2 arrive on time. ;)

Question.....my case status shows that my petition was received on 2/11/16 as well my hard noa1 copy....however I received the text notification on 2/17/16...which date I need to use ?

It's the discussion there never ends :) People always say different things. In here with Igor's list it's always the day the text and e-mail came there goes as the NOA1 date but again it's been discussed a lot of times.

Yes, that's great news! Looks like we February filers are getting closer and closer to our NO2s! Is this for VJs' registered petitioners only or service center's wide? Any idea of how many January petitions left?

I don't think there are any official numbers but on the Igor's list there are 113 (here on VJ). But looking back on previous numbers they never go much under 30.

We are super close but there will be easter vacation soon!

This is only for VJ so far... There are still many January filers left but they are still moving in to February now.

We are super close but there will be easter vacation soon!

Easter sunday is the day so there shouldn't be many days off they don't have days off like we do..

Just asked my Fiancé how many days he will be off, this is his answer: None. It is not a federal holiday. You have to take vacation

Obviously we don't know for sure, unless someone who works there can chime in, but there are no federal holidays in March. Most people do not get extra days for Easter. Maybe people take vacation around that time, though.
