I don't take anything to heart, I take them how I read them. And you're right, YOU don't know who you're talking to sailor... See ya.

Do I need an extra form? No. You just list his son on the petition.

Do I attach his passport photo too? No. Only passport photos required are yours and your fiance's.

i apologize for that and thanks for being so kind. Never thought I run across a couple of people like you on here since everyone has been so nice... Ashamed.

SJ. He's right. I have been here for a couple of years now and have helped out many. But it's people that keep asking what's next, what's next that get under our skins. Most times, I will go to google and ask their question and or use the search function with in VJ and most times I find the answer for the person. I spend countless hours trying to help. Just the other day, someone answered the OP's question and even offered my website for step by step instructions for additional help. Do you know this person on the next post asked another question, that if he had followed her advise he would have had it answered. Not only answer so I answer his question but I walk people step by step in what it takes to make it through the process in the Philippines. Lawyers charge hundreds of dollars for that information and I provide it free. I help you avoid the "unknown" and the "gotchas". Each Embassy asked for different documents once you start to put your documents together for your interview. Asking for help from someone from German or Dubai, they just aren't going to be able to answer so your best getting familiar with your sub-forum for your country.

Just use common sense and if your really stuck, we understand, and will answer your question but to ask us for information for something that is already pinned and answered does not bode well with many here but we go on helping just the same.

The K-2 gets added on the mothers I-129F and you'll need the same type of supporting documents. There are fees for the K-2 along with mom's fees. Use the search feature at the top right of this page and type in K-2 procedures and you get additional information.

Hey Georgia, I just sent my everything in about a week ago and noticed that they have already taken the money out of my account from the check I sent. I was hoping you can tell me what to look forward to next. Will I be receiving an email saying that it is approved? Thank you. Hope you can help with this as well!!

Looks like you got your answer to the next step ;)
