:wow::o

My estimated NOA2 date is now a day earlier than previously.

That hasn't happened to it before so now it ends on the 29th instead of the 30th!

Strange seeing that since it always just has been postponed.

(Not that I am taking those days super seriously, it is just fun to watch)

UPS is pretty awesome to deal with. He can go online and set the package to be delivered to the local send/receive office in your area and you can just pick it up. I order a lot of car/motorcycle parts and I ALWAYS do this because I don't like packages left on my door step.

I think they are using USPS not UPS.

Hello Everyone

I've been thinking, when I sent proof of our relationship, I sent pictures, hotel receipts, copies of passport pages, pics, phone bills ( :crying: ) and lastly copies of our conversations, my question is our conversaion is in Spanish, did I need to translate? .. I didn't even think about this until now and now hoping I dont get a RFE for it..

I don't believe you'll get an RFE for this. Even if the adjudicator can't read Spanish, he/she is looking more for the fact you guys had communicated and not the content of the conversation itself. Also, evidence of written communications is not even required at this level. You sent the main stuff. I would not worry, you'll be fine. Edited by MandyAlex

To answer your question "where to start" the two best places to start is your Embassy's website http://lima.usembassy.gov/niv/required_documents.html and the sub-forum for Peru http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-mexico-latin-south-America//

Hey Georgia, I just sent my everything in about a week ago and noticed that they have already taken the money out of my account from the check I sent. I was hoping you can tell me what to look forward to next. Will I be receiving an email saying that it is approved? Thank you. Hope you can help with this as well!!

Next you'll get a Notice of Action 1 and a recipt number you use to see the status of your case: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

That should hopefully get to you next week.

And check out March Filers: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/587653-i-129f-march-2016-filers/

I feel like I just need to turn off my email notifications because it's just sending me things like this... This place is for helping each other out and supporting each other; but you and a couple others use it as a place to just get others to do the work for you. Are you kidding me man?! You ask questions that are EASILY found and are right at the top of the forum pages! K-1 Guide, Flowchart, Process, etc are ALL PINNED at the top of the K-1 process page! DO YOUR RESEARCH! If you really care and really want to be successful in your application process then take a minute to read the readily available info that others before us have taken the time to post up for us. Your last post basically just says,"Hey Georgia, can you do some more work for me because I'd rather just be told instead of looking for myself."

Thanks man, I'm glad that this thread is being filled with junk like that... Basically spam.

This sounds harsh but it isn't and you really need to think about it. There are tons of weird one off questions that can be asked because they're one off situations, but asking about the general process is ridiculous and lazy.

Haha, I know, found it also interesting that the person was asking Georgia specifically aaaaaaaand then asked the same questions in March filers.:angry:

People like me? You mean, someone that would make you take responsibility for your actions? Think about it man, seriously. You're in denial if you think I'm the "mean" one. I'll do you one better, look at the K-1 forum screen and tell me that you couldn't have just read one of the topics at the top... Didn't even have to use the search function...

Grow up and look man. This forum has everything you could want, asking questions is one thing but asking silly questions about items that are Pinned at the top of the forum is just ridiculous. No one here is your mommy or daddy. It's just sad and counterproductive to the forum itself. Everyone else is working hard doing their research, why can't you?
