Hey guys! I have some concerns..

My fiancé is about to finish his orders in the military by the time that I will have my interview. He might not get a job asap as he wanted to spend some time with his family first before he works again.

Will this affect me getting a visa? Tho we have good records of bank statements, itr, previous paychecques.. etc Im just wondering if being unemployed will affect us..

Yeah, you might want to find a co-sponsor..

They are the open applications for the K1 visa here on Visajourney

Are they pending their NOA2 or just haven't completed the full process yet?

Interview: 2016-06-16

Found out we were denied K1 2016-08-02

Researching places to get married and will be filing CR-1

I saw a couple of January filers get their NOA2s yesterday with NOA1 dates around 1/20/16.
