I found a telephone number that tells you if it is cashed or not. It was cashed on 3/3/16. I'm not sure if they cash it for both acceptance and rejection, but I'd like to think the NOA1 will be coming very soon.

They normally give NOA1 the same day or the day after they have cashed. Just be aware that they were updating yesterday so not much happened there so hopefully today. Mine got the text/e-mail at 2pm Atlanta time.

Customer Service Tools Outage

USCIS will conduct system maintenance Thursday, Mar. 3, 2016, 9 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Eastern). During this time, our online tools will be unavailable, including:

Via our package tracking number we saw that our i-129f arrived at the Lewisville Lockbox on February 12th. I filled out the G-1145 email and text message form so I expected to get electronic NOA1 pretty quickly its been 21 days and NOTHING! No hardcopy, text or email. Called today and (finally!) was able to talk to a real human person. They said my name wasn't coming up in the system so they haven't even cashed our check... I am getting so worried! Anyone else in the same boat?

When you sent it to the Lewisville Lockbox did you request delivery confirmation? If so does it show that it was signed for by a person, or just delivered. Regardless the standard rule is give it 30 business days, call every day and ask if they received the file. If they still have not cashed the check, request your bank to put a stop payment on the check, and submit a second I-129F package.

You can also email the ombudsman and request assistance. cisombudsman@hq.dhs.gov
