It's just all needles for me. I have no idea why but they freak me out!

As for Boston, I'm not sure. He's looking for a new job (same type though!) since Boston is SO expensive.

Yea, that is one of the main reason we are staying outside of Boston, but still close enough so that we can easily go for an afternoon.

Is the whole process moving a lot faster across the board? Hopefully no RFEs we've done our best. How does every one deal with the anxiety lol

Anxiety and not knowing, perhaps things like "what" and "when", are the worse 2 sensations for anyone going through this process, me and my sweetheart included. One way I try to control those is by planning when I'll see and spend time with my fiancée again. I just booked tickets to fly down in April. At least I now can count days, minutes, and seconds lol, until I see her again and look forward to that time. It beats looking at the USCIS website almost twice daily and seeing no updates. I'm sure we all can relate. What's your strategy?

Part of my strategy is really odd but I find it funny.

I have this blush, that is aaaaaaalmost finished. And I can see that it has less and less in it and I think when I finish that blush my NOA2 should follow soon after. So it is a nice but odd visual progress.

I have the same thing going on with my nail polish....

I might love makeup a wee bit too much.

You're lucky you get to visit...For Russia I would have to get a visa to travel over there which takes about a month and costs a pretty penny (when we're already paying/saving for all the fees for this process). So for now we stick to Skype and hope for a fast K1 process.

I hear you Lowens8, sometimes is not that easy to be with our loved ones as much as we want to... I feel for you. Good thing there's Whatsapp, Skype, Facebook, and all those social media sites, otherwise we all be pretty much insane by now!! LOL Hang in there, the wait will be over soon. Regards, good luck!

I don't have many strategies. Just hope. If you haven't tried wechat for video calls I highly recommend it. Seems to be better than Skype. We use Skype when connection and bit rate are slow.

Thanks for the invaluable information on the site. We received our NOA1 on February 26th, after gathering a lot of great advice from here. I've started some preliminary work on the next packet, and just had a question regarding form I-134, the affidavit of support. I've seen conflicting information as to how much additional information needs to be provided if you are well over the 125% support line. If I'm significantly over that in yearly salary, do I still need to request bank statements/letters and stock brokerage reports? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've been wondering the same thing! Can't really find anything solid though. I'm a disabled vet and receive VA disability as well as Soc. Sec. The only thing taxable is Soc Sec. I'm well over the poverty line but not sure how it's see able through my tax transcripts... I have proof from the government showing my monthly pay... So yeah, in the same boat as you.

The letter I got from my bank shows the current amount (from the date I requested it), how long the account has been open, and the average monthly amount over a 12 month period. The letter from my employer states my title, how long I've been employed, that I'm full time and permanent, and my hourly rate. Within the next two weeks I plan to get the remaining items together such as tax return, new letter of intent to marry, and I-134.

Thanks for the reply. While I certainly am willing to get the additional paperwork, I'm just wondering if it is really necessary. Additionally, I stay mostly fully invested with extra cash (except for a fairly small amount of cash for emergencies), so I'm wondering if providing just that on hand cash balance would be positive or not.
