As far as I have heard you need the case number in UK, but i have also heard the wait aren't bad :)

So we can book our medical now without having the NOA2? what date are selecting for the medical since we do not know exactly when we receive the NOA2

So we can book our medical now without having the NOA2? what date are selecting for the medical since we do not know exactly when we receive the NOA2

You should read al of our post about the medical.

Only some can do it since often the case number is needed to book the medical.

Also the medical is only good for 6 months so if we get an RFE then we only have about 5 months left on the medical since an RFE set things back with about a month.

Denmark and Iceland are so small countries and really few people do K-1/CR-1/IR-1 from here so therefore things are a bit different for us.

I selected the next open date but it is after the estimated time of NOA2. They said in my info booklet that the medical is only valid for 3 months before the interview. I can always cancel the medical the day before if something isn't going right.

But yes, what Georgia said above too :)

Researching places to get married and will be filing CR-1

No, that can be anytime doing the process unfortunately that the start looking for that.

I keep an eye on 500 cases around mine and I'll let you know if I will begin to see RFE's near our casenumbers :)

Thank you! Only 4 more weeks until some of us start getting NOA2s (optimistically hoping)!

I can't answer that one. Have you tried writing something in there? There are many Russians on VJ :)

I did and I got a response but I like to read previous posts and since they're so old i was just wondering how to see if there's an updated one :) but no big deal...I can always call or have my fiance call if there's something we can't find an answer for :thumbs:

If you are in there you just look around to see if there are any new thread in that country forum. Could be :)

I know there are Russians in the December thread also so maybe follow them since they are steps before you and that way you can see what they are going through.
