Can see your NOA1 date is wrong in your timeline, just trying to help so you won't get disappointed if it doesn't come with the estimate :)

Georgia

Are you doing K1 and K2 as well ? If the answer is yes the on your noa1 hard copy you have all the manes listed or just the fiancée or fiancé name ?

Hi,

Yes I'm doing both.

After the K-2 is listed on the I-129F you won't see it anywhere.

The K-2 will just have its own medical, DS-160 and the visa fee and bring the K-2 to the interview and thats it :)

Hi!

My fiancé and I sent our I-129 form the 28th of December and we´ve had so much trouble. Hopefully we are good to go now.

Jan 2 we were mailed our form back because we needed to correct some info, so we sent it again the 4th.

Feb 8 we called USCIS because our check was´t cashed and we still did not have our NOA1. They said that they tried cashing the check but Eric forgot to sign it and they forgot to let us know so we lost a month here. Feb 9 Eric went to sign the check but they were not ready and had him come back Feb 10 to sign it.

Feb 18 we were contacted because there was some documents that needed to be translated. We had them translated right away and mailed them Feb 22. Hopefully we get our NOA1 this week. They said that it was a matter of just sending the missing translations because everything else was in order and ready to go.

We´ve seen that it doesn't take a while and hopefully we get sent to California since it´s apparently faster.

We would consider late February as our date for applying since we had so many things to correct. We'll wait along everyone with the same timeline to make this wait more bearable being informed and surrounded by similar cases and timelines. :-)

Oh my that must have been soo annoying! So you haven't gotten the NOA1 yet? I didn't even know they would contact you unless they would first send you the NOA1.

Best of luck!

Hello all! If I just mailed off my I-129 today, do I need to join the March 2016 Filers? I'm new to this and super excited!

Thanks!

It depends on when you'll get the NOA1 text message :) I would be on the 29th of February or the first couple of days in March :)

You can choose either but filing in Feb really makes more sense that you are in the Feb group. Remember, if you are the last one to receive your approval you need to turn off the lights from this thread.

Hello! I have a random question.. while we all wait for our noa2, i am starting to prepare the things we need for the next steps. I saw the tax forms, pay slips, bank statements etc. But i also saw that the usc fiance also needs to pass again a letter of intent to marry with a closer date to the interview? And must be with original signature right? ???
